12 - 15 slices of roast beef
2 tsp Foodies Harissa Paste
2 handful watercress, washed
1. Spread mustard & Foodies Harissa Paste onto pancakes. Place roast beef on pancake, followed by watercress. Roll pancake up into tubular shape.
2. Starting at one end, trim edge, then cut diagonally across pancake about 2cm from edge. Cut straight across pancakes a further 2 cm further down. Repeat until the end.
Gammon, Foodies Chilli Jam and lettuce.
